拉什米酒店 (Hotel Rashmi Guwahati)

The stay was fine and staff was helpful but while I was checking out in the morning, I had cleared all the dues the night before then too I had to wait as guard wanted to check the room post leaving it, I never had to experienced this before ever. I don't know if it was a policy. Other than that I had no issues.

The room was congested, didn't provide basic amenities for staggering high amt. Price not justified at all. No thanks

3 of us travelled for work and stayed in 2 rooms. I would not complain about the rooms as they were commensurate with the price. But overall the hotel is run and managed very unprofessionally. The worst experience was the breakfast the staff was either plain rude or indifferent. It was Ala carte but at least they should have some basic items and serve it with a smile. They made a face when asked for a basic toast with butter or a plain paratha. They served dry roti instead and out of 3 people only 2 of us were given breakfast because when the third person reached they said that kitchen is closed. I would specifically suggest the owner and staff of this hotel to please visit hotel Golden leaf in Ranchi once and see how they are managing at the same price. Rooms are better with not only the basic amenities but also with a OTT connection TV and wifi. They serve you full South Indian and North Indian Ala carte cuisines ***** with eggs and other basic items like fruits juices etc.

The location is good, the staffs are good. The quality of room was okay but it could have been better

The location was in mg road, a good location indeed. Food was also very good, but the size of room is not satisfactory according to the price.

Wont recommend atleast. No good ventilation not balcony or air plus not even provide any drinking water no value for money

Cockroaches filled room. Otherwise comfortable.

Bedsheets were torn, dirty. Beds are not up to the mark. No lift service. Need to improve all those services.

The room and the bathroom were clean and nice. An elevator would have been a plus point for those hard at walking. I liked it and would visit again soon.
